1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YepUp's website and SaaS products (operated under CREO Ljos ehf), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. SaaS Service Terms

Our SaaS products are provided on a subscription basis with transparent pricing. You pay only for what you use, with no forced bundling or artificial limitations. We believe in fair value exchange where customers pay for actual value received.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (for customers worldwide except the US) or Paddle.com Inc. (for US customers), who act as our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, you are buying from Paddle, and Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy apply to the transaction. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation, and remittance on our behalf.

4. Pricing and Billing

We operate on a customer-first pricing philosophy with transparent costs based on actual hosting expenses plus reasonable profit. Our pricing model allows you to scale up or down based on your actual needs without being forced into rigid tier systems. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — there are no refunds for unused portions of a billing period. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we provide our services on an "as is" basis. We focus on reliability and performance over rapid feature releases, prioritizing long-term maintainability and customer success.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information and are transparent about how we handle your data. We do not sell, trade, or exploit your data for profit.

8. Customer Support

We provide support that actually helps. Our approach is partnership over vendor relationship — we're here to help you succeed, not just sell you services.

9. No Vendor Lock-in

We believe in building trust through actions, not contracts. You can export your data and cancel your subscription at any time without hidden fees or penalties.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or business practices. We will notify you of significant changes and maintain our commitment to fair, transparent business practices.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for our services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We focus on preventing issues rather than limiting our liability.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We believe in resolving disputes through open communication and fair resolution.
