YepUp (operated by CREO Ljos ehf) believes in fair value exchange. If our SaaS services don't meet your expectations or help you succeed, we want to make it right. Our approach prioritizes customer success over immediate revenue.

2. SaaS Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: New customers receive a 30-day money-back guarantee with full refunds for dissatisfaction, no questions asked.

Existing Customers: Refunds are handled individually, with us working toward partnership-based resolutions.

Addon Modules: New addon purchases follow the same 30-day guarantee terms.

3. When Refunds Are Available

Refunds apply when:

  • Service doesn't work as advertised
  • Technical issues prevent service usage
  • Service doesn't meet business needs (within reasonable expectations)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges occur
  • Service cancellation happens within the guarantee period

4. When Refunds May Not Be Available

Refunds may be denied for:

  • Terms of service violations
  • Fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Extended use beyond the guarantee period
  • Business closure or requirement changes

5. Requesting a Refund

Contact us with your account details and refund reasons. We respond within 2 business days and may ask clarifying questions to better understand your situation.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds process within 3–5 business days, appearing in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

7. Our Commitment to Fairness

We believe in building trust through actions and improving based on customer feedback. If you're unhappy, we'd rather fix the problem than lose a customer.

8. Disputes and Resolution

We encourage dialogue over rigid policies for addressing refund disagreements. If you feel a refund decision was unfair, please reach out and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution.
